When should I arrive for the event?

Please arrive at 7:30pm on 18 November 2017 at Tower Millennium Pier in London. Our party yacht (the Erasmus) will depart from the pier promptly at 8pm.

What is the address of the boarding location?

Tower Millennium Pier, London EC3N 4DT.

How can I get to the event from Oxford?

From Paddington Underground Station in London, take the Circle Line to Tower Hill Station. The pier is a short walk away from Tower Hill Station.

What attractions are on board?

Dance floor with a professional DJ, photobooth, glitter artist, casino, fortune teller, henna painting, face painting,waltz lessons, jazz band, and more.

What is the dress code for the party?

Black tie, and feel free to give your outfit a Hollywood twist.

What is theme of this party?

This year’s theme is City of Stars - it’s all about extravagance and celebration. We’re bringing Hollywood to London, so get ready to dance the night away on this jazzy night.

What are the ticket prices?

Standard tickets are £49; VIP tickets are £55.

What does the VIP ticket include?

VIPs get access to the VIP deck and will have priority access to all attractions.

How do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased here.

Do I have to bring cash?

Cash payments are recommended on board as there are limited card readers available on the yacht.

Am I allowed to bring my own alcohol? How about food and drinks?

No, food and drinks are strictly not allowed to be brought on board.

Can I sign up to be an OUAPS member at the party?

All party guests are given OUAPS membership for free (you may opt out of this by dropping us an email).

Can I invite friends from outside Oxford?

Yes, please select the appropriate option on the ticketing page.

When and where can I collect my wristbands?

Wristbands can be collected at the Pier from 7:30pm on the day of the event, as long as you are able to produce your e-ticket.

Are the vegan and vegetarian options on board?

Yes.

Am I allowed to smoke on board?

Yes, but only in designated smoking areas.
